SFY 2024 Intended Use Plans Q3 Update Available for Public Review
The State Fiscal Year 2024 DRAFT Intended Use Plans (IUP) third quarter update for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now available for public review and comment. The IUPs cover the period of July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024 and include SRF Base Program funding and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding opportunities.
The IUPs and Project Priority Lists are available on the CWSRF Program page and DWSRF Program page of www.iowasrf.com.

Public comments are welcome and written comments will be accepted through Wednesday, November 22, 2023. A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, November 17, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. to record public comments. Participants should use the following conference call-in information to participate:

It is anticipated that the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will act on the IUPs at their December 19, 2023 meeting.
