Notice of Draft Iowa SRF Programmatic Agreement Available for Review
The United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 7, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources State Revolving Fund, in consultation with the Iowa State Historic Preservation Office, are developing a new statewide programmatic agreement (PA) for the CWSRF Program and DWSRF Program. This PA will guide compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act under 36 Code of Federal Regulations Part 800. The draft PA is now available for public review and comment. The draft PA and additional resources can be found at iowasrf.com/section-106.
The public comment period runs through February 15, 2024. Comments on the draft programmatic agreement can be sent to: IA-Exclusion-PA@epa.gov.
