Public Hearing:
A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. to record public comments regarding the base CWSRF and DWSRF Program SFY 2023 second quarter IUP updates and the FFY 2022 Clean Water and Drinking Water BIL General Supplemental Fund Intended Use Plans.

EPA's BABA implementation guidance for BIL and SRF Programs has not been released (as of 8-5-22)
OMB Guidance Released on (BABA) Build America, Buy America (April 18, 2022) Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, which will implement the Build America, Buy America Act in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. For the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs), the new law expands domestic preference procurement requirements from iron and steel to also include construction materials and manufactured goods.
