The State Fiscal Year 2023 Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now available for public review and comment.  

 

**NOTE** These Intended Use Plans apply to the base SRF Program funding and do not include spending plans for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding. Stakeholder engagement opportunities will be announced later this month for BIL planning and separate BIL IUP's will be issued for public review and comment this summer. The IUPs cover the period of July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.  Public comments are welcome.  Draft project lists are also available for review. 

A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. to record public comments regarding the SFY 2023 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)Intended Use Plans.

Written comments will be accepted through Thursday, May 19, 2022. It is anticipated that the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will act on the IUPs at their June 21, 2022 meeting.
