SFY 2023 Intended Use Plan Q4 Updates Ready for Public Review

The Fourth Quarter Update to the State Fiscal Year 2023 Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now available for public review and comment. The IUPs cover the CWSRF Base Program and the base DWSRF Program for the period of July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023 and the Annexes cover the FFY 2022 BIL General Supplemental Funds. These plans can be found on the www.IowaSRF.com at the following locations:

Public comments are welcome. A virtual public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Participants should use the following conference video or call-in information to participate:

Written comments will be accepted through February 24, 2023. It is anticipated that the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will act on the IUPs at their March 21, 2023 meeting.
