We recognize that under our current application process, this delay may preclude some projects from being able to participate in the WRR Sponsored Project Program. SRF will be working to ensure applicants with projects that would have been eligible to apply in SFY 2023 will remain eligible when the program starts accepting applications again. SRF plans to communicate this directly with projects currently on the Project Priority List.
