Grant Requirements (Additional Subsidization and Green Project Reserve)

DNR SRF Coordinator:
       Tracks the Green Project Reserve (GPR) and Additional Subsidization amounts required in each CWSRF and DWSRF capitalization grant. GPR is not currently required for DWSRF.
       Working with SRF program team, determines priorities for uses of add subs and publishes criteria in IUPs.
       Working with SRF program team, identifies projects for add subs and publishes designations in IUPs.
       When loans are executed, determines which capitalization grant(s) the additional subsidization or GPR amount will be applied to. The information is tracked in a spreadsheet in the IUP folder and in the IUP narrative.
       Enters the following information into CBR (Clean Water SRF projects):
o   Additional Subsidy Provided checkbox
o   Principal Forgiveness $
o   Assignment Selection
o   Additional Subsidy $
o   Green (GPR) Funding $
o   Project Includes GPR Funding checkbox
o   Amount Classified As
o   Amount of Additional Subsidy Provided used to fund this GPR activity
 
       Enters the following information into PBR (Drinking Water SRF projects):
o   Additional Subsidy Provided checkbox
o   Principal Forgiveness $
o   Assignment Selection
o   Additional Subsidy $
o   Green (GPR) Funding $
o   Project Includes GPR Funding checkbox
o   Amount Classified As
o   Amount of Additional Subsidy Provided used to fund this GPR activity
