Applications are accepted year-round and Intended Use Plans (IUP) are updated each quarter.

Public Comment Details: Public hearings are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the dates above, at the DNR Water Supply office at 401 SW 7th Street, Des Moines, IA. Oral comments may be presented at the hearings. Written comments will be accepted through the dates listed above.
